Bates Tactical Sport 2 Tall Black Waterproof Composite Toe Tactical Boot – E03186

The Bates Tactical Sport 2 Tall is an 8-inch uniform boot that combines toughness, comfort, and protection that law enforcement personnel need on the job. With a sturdy black full-grain leather exterior bolstered by performance polyester parts, you’ll notice from the moment you pull them on with the YKK side zipper that these tactical boots are ready for everything you’ll face as a police officer on the streets. The Tactical Sport 2 incorporates a composite safety toe for lightweight, flexible protection while kicking in doors, as well as a 90-degree heel for better stability while climbing. An energy-returning foam insert and Strobel design reduce leg fatigue and promote lateral stability, while a lightweight cushioned midsole absorbs the stress of running, walking, and landing. In addition to being designed on a complete athletic last, the tactical boots include an 11 millimeter heel to toe drop (the elevation of the heel in proportion to the toe) for better ground contact and less chance of foot injuries during high-activity engagements. If the weather becomes bad on the ground, a Bates DryGuard waterproof breathable membrane will keep your feet dry and comfortable by sealing off water while allowing moisture to escape. Aggressive TacTrax rubber outsoles provide the stability you need for optimal traction and slip resistance.
