Your height and weight are the most important measurements to consider when finding the right fit. The bulletproof vest needs to fit in one main area, around your navel. The actual length of the vest can be adjusted at the shoulder strap so it is not as important. For example is you are thin but have a large abdominal section then you will need to order at the top of your size range.
