Carhartt Ground Force Rubber Toe Cap 6-inch Waterproof Safety Toe Brown Work Boot

This Carhartt Ground Force Composite Toe Work Boot is a lightweight work boot that is comfortable, protective and tough.

Durability

Carhartt is known for good old fashioned durability and Carhartt work boots are no exception. This boot is made of very high quality genuine full grain peanut brown leather which will mold to fit your foot over time.

Protection

The Carhartt Ground Force 6-inch work boot is designed to protect you from the hazards of the work place as well as the outdoors. These boots provide full electric hazard protection against incidental contact with electrical circuits of 18,000 volts under dry conditions. This meets the industry ASTM 2413-11 EH standard. The outsole of the boot is chemical resistant, oil resistant and slip resistant. The Storm Defender waterproof breathable membrane will repel water while allowing airflow around your feet helping you to stay warmer during the winter and cooler during the summer. The composite safety toe is designed to provide lightweight protection against heavy impacts.

Comfort

In order to optimize the fit and comfort of the Ground Force 6 inch Comp Toe Work Boot, Carhartt used scans of 120,000 different workers’ feet to create the perfect ergonomic design to support your arches along with the rest of your foot. This reduces end of day foot fatigue significantly. Beyond that, the footbed uses a suede top cover that reduces foot slippage by around 30%. Dual layers of foam reduce foot fatigue and increase rebound. Unlike standard insoles, the unique insoles built into these Carhartt boots are designed to support as well as cushion your feet. The lightweight composite safety toe is designed to be nice and roomy to prevent uncomfortable contact with the hard toe.
