Carolina Subframe 6-Inch Brown Zip Waterproof Comp Toe Pull-On Work Boot

The Carolina Subframe is a 6-inch composite toe work boot in a modern chelsea boot style. This is a boot for men who need a durable, protective, and comfortable work boot who may have jobs in corporate building maintenance that require them to maintain an appearance that’s closer to business casual, or those in other industries who simply don’t want to compromise on being fashionable in the workplace. Or, since the boot has a side zipper instead of laces leaving no entry point for debris, the Subframe is also for guys who could give a damn about looking trendy and just want a reliable work boot that will keep glass, metal shards, rocks, and other crap from injuring their feet. The pull-on style also makes it easy to get the boots on and off without having to bother with laces, or worrying about them coming untied.

Handsome brown leather comprises the tough exterior of this work boot, which also features non-metallic hardware that is less prone to marring finished surfaces should you brush against them, making these a great pair of boots for assembly line workers and interior systems contractors. A composite safety toe offers lightweight, flexible impact protection, while oil and slip-resistant outsoles work to keep you safely upright when walking over slick surfaces.

In terms of comfort, a mesh lining bolstered by a waterproof breathable Scubaliner help to keep your feet dry and fresh throughout the day, while a responsive EVA midsole works together with a dual-density footbed to offer plush cushioning and support. To top it all off, a non-metallic shank provides lightweight support to your knees and lower back, reducing added strain from long hours spent on your feet.
