Kershaw Scallion Partially Serrated Knife by Ken Onion – 1620st

The Scallion 1620st by Kershaw Knives and Ken Onion is a small, yet practical everyday carry knife. The Kershaw Scallion has a blade made of a popular 420HC stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and maintenance of a keen edge. The partially serrated blade extends the cutting surface of the Scallion 1620st, as well as increases cutting versatility. Serrated blades, like that of the Scallion, are ideal for cutting through rope, fabric, webbing, wood, and many more materials. The Kershaw Scallion has a handle made of an injection-molded polyimide, which provides excellent texture for a secure grip. The Kershaw Scallion 1620st also has a variety of safety mechanisms including a tip safety lock, a locking liner, and the safety and convenience of the SpeedSafe assisted opening system. The tip safety lock featured on the Kershaw Scallion secures the blade inside the frame of the knife while the knife is not in use. The Scallion 1620st also features a locking liner to ensure that the blade remains in the open position while the knife is in use, further protecting the user. Additionally, the SpeedSafe assisted opening system featured on many Kershaw knives allows the user to deploy the blade safely and quickly with one handed ease. The Scallion 1620st serrated knife surely upholds the standards that are now expected from both Kershaw Knives and Ken Onion design.
