Thorogood American Heritage 8-inch Tobacco Steel Toe Moc Toe Wedge Sole American Made Men’s Work Boot – 804-4288

The Thorogood American Heritage 804-4288 is made for workers who expect reliable protection, confident traction, and a comfortable fit from the first step. Trusted on the toughest jobs, the Thorogood American Heritage 804-4288 is made to take on heavy lifting, long hours, and everything in between. This 8-inch safety-toe boot brings steel-toe protection and a MAXWear Wedge outsole for slip-resistant stability on rough sites and smooth surfaces. The removable Ultimate Shock Absorption footbed, backed by a Poron comfort cushion insole, helps reduce fatigue from the ground up. Built tough with a Goodyear welt and premium tobacco leather, this boot brings heritage durability to the modern jobsite.

The Thorogood American Heritage style 804-4288 is made in the U.S.A. in Thorogood’s union factories in Wisconsin. Its union-made construction reflects skilled American bootmaking and supports a durable, job-ready build.

The Thorogood American Heritage 804-4288 pairs its 8-inch, steel-toe, moc-toe build with a smooth, heel-free wedge sole that moves easily around busy work areas. Without a raised heel to catch on low obstacles, it offers a free-stepping feel, while the broad base cushions joints and supports stable posture on firm flooring.

Jobsite Use

American Heritage style 804-4288 is an 8-inch steel toe moc toe work boot built around impact protection and jobsite traction. Its TOBACCO finish gives the boot a practical work-ready appearance. The design balances protection, support, and mobility for long shifts when footwear has to stay comfortable and steady from clock-in through the end of the day.

Protection

The steel safety toe provides a firm protective barrier against impact and compression hazards. Electrical hazard protection adds coverage for work around electrical risks when the boots are used as intended.

Comfort and Support

The removable Ultimate Shock Absorption footbed cushions repeated steps and helps reduce the pounding of long hours on hard ground.

Durable Construction

Goodyear storm welt construction creates a durable connection between the upper and sole while helping limit moisture entry at the welt.

Workday Performance

The balanced combination of cushioning, support, and traction is designed for long shifts on demanding worksites and hard indoor floors.
