Timberland Boondock 6-inch Insulated Safety Toe Work Boot

The 6-inch Timberland Boondock Insulated Safety Toe Work Boot is one tough winter work boot. With an excess of durability and comfort, if you’re looking for a mid-height winter boot that’ll work as hard as you do, well, you’ve found it.

The 6-inch Insulated Timberland Boondock is made with high quality full grain waterproof leather on top of a waterproof, breathable membrane so your feet stay dry for longer. You need a hole in the front of your boot like you need a hole in your head so the molded Timberland PRO rubber toe protector should come in pretty handy. If you spend any time kicking a shovel or just kneeling down, you understand. Unlike a lot of boots, the sole is connected with a combination Goodyear Welt and cement construction. This means that you get the durability and decreased likelihood of sole separation along with added flexibility. For added protection, Timberland equipped the 6-inch Insulated Boondock work boot with a composite safety toe to give you all the benefits of a steel toe boot without the extra weight.

You may be tough but you don’t need your boots to be tough on you. That’s why the Boondock is designed for comfort as well. The 6-inch height lets you flex when you need it without the resistance of a taller boot. The padded collar adds comfort and the fiberglass shank supports your feet so that they feel better at the end of the day. The contoured, open-cell polyurethane footbed with Outlast Adaptive Comfort technology will not only cushion your feet but also help to regulate the temperature inside of your boot.

Speaking of comfort and protection, the Timberland 6-inch Boondock was made for cold weather work. A full 400 grams of Thermolite insulation in the Timberland 96241 gives you the warmth you need to spend your day out in some pretty lousy conditions. The Dual-Density Cold Temperature Thermal Plastic Urethane outsole is specially made to stay flexible when it gets cold outside. For you, that means better traction and more comfort. Besides that, the deep lugs give you traction in the mud and snow. To add some icing to this cake, the soles are extremely slip and oil resistant. If you need a great pair of mid height cold weather work boots that are both comfortable and long lasting, these Timberland 92641 Boondock Insulated Composite Toe boots are the right boots for you.
